Payments are processed via Paypal and your Bank. 



Items will be dispatched within approximately 3-4 working days. If however, you require your purchase sooner, please get in touch via email about express delivery options.


We normally use either Royal Mail or My Hermes service for delivery and keep proof of postage for every item sent.

We will take utmost care in wrapping your purchase in order to protect it during transit. If you find that your item has suffered damage during its journey to you, please email us at with pictures of the damage in the first instance.

Items lost during dispatch to you will be dealt with in accordance with the courier company or Royal Mails lost items policies.



Please ensure you are 100% certain of your item before continuing with your payment. 

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase.

On returning your item, it must be in the same condition as shown in the pictures or we won’t accept a return. We try to show any damage or wear and tear in the pictures. Please be aware that vintage items are not in perfect condition, most of them have signs of wear.


Our handmade products may have fraying due to our handmade process and to make the products look faded and authentic. Our bows are made to order and variations may vary. Due to our handmade process. 



Our Products are carefully handprinted within the UK due to our printing process visible lines may appear on the edges of the products, this is due to your unique product being handmade to order within the UK with a high-quality Printing system. If this occurs at a product we will describe this on our product page.


If you wish to return an item the buyer is responsible for paying postage and packaging the item securely, the same way it was received. We will not refund if the item is broken or damaged due to poor packaging.

Once we've seen that the item has been received in the same condition that it was originally sent, we will proceed with refunding your money to you.

Our Products are carefully handmade with love within the United Kingdom. Our Products are Handmade to order by a delicate printing Technique to create our beautiful products. Our Products can be cleaned on a cold, delicate wash only. To Dry, we recommend using a cool tumble setting or simply hang to dry. It is safe to use an iron on our products. When you are following these instructions your items will stay as good as new.
