Hello everyone
This is my look of today, as you can see I love the circled skirt and I combined it with a pink sweater. this week I wanted to talk about living in the moment. My thoughts literally go on and on the whole day, I am thinking about everything for example what do I have to get for groceries tonight, I have to go to that birthday in two weeks etc. As you can see I am thinking about the things that happened in the future and I am literally doing that all of my live and probably you to because that is what we do. But If you do that, you are not focussing on what is now. You are there physically but in your head you are always in the future or with your problems. So I am really trying to live more in the moment. And one way how I have learned to accomplice that, is to meditate( I know it sounds very spiritual ) but you can try to meditate for like five minutes a day just focus on your breath and let your thoughts slowly pass by. Also one way to try to live in the moment is to enjoy what you are doing on that particular moment for example you can enjoy a nice cup of tea taste it and smell it. Or you can walk in nature just to be in silence and let life and your thoughts just pass you by. Well these are a couple of things that I am trying to do to live in the moment, and I think that it is really worth it to enjoy your moments. Because live goes by so fast and there is a lot of chaos, therefore it is so nice to be in peace just a couple of moments of the day. It really helps me to be grateful with my live right now. Because now I can enjoy the little things more ( the things I didn’t see when I was rushing through life). So hopefully I can inspire you today to try to live more in the moment and have a happier live. Thank you so much for reading and I will see you soon with some new inspiration.
