3 Things I do everyday to be Happy..


Hello everyone

I hope you all have a lovely day..? Today I wanted to share this post with you. I am all about loving yourself and taking good care of yourself because I truly believe that you are the only person that really can take good care of yourself.. Self care isn't something that I used to do for a very long time I always thought of other peoples needs with neglecting my own.. For example at work if someones asked me to fill in I would always say Yes even if I had plans of my own or simply didn't feel like it. But I always would say yes just to please them and for them to like me. I thought that if I would do that the people would respect me and love me more but I couldn't be more wrong about that and I had to learn it the hard way.. because as soon as I stood up for myself the most of them didn't want to have anything to do with me. So I really learned that I am the only person that can take care of me the way it should be and that I am the only one who can make myself happy. So I made a list of three things I do just to make myself happy:

I love to take a nice bath, light up some candles have some relaxing music on the background and to just enjoy the moment.

I love to treat myself in the afternoon with a nice cup of tea in my favorite mug and have some delicious chocolate treats.. and to just enjoy the moment.

I also love to fill my home with beautiful flowers especially blush pink roses they are my favorite.. I go every week to the market to get my favorite flowers and when I come home I love to arrange them and put them in my home.. For some reason I always feel so much better and happier when I have flowers in my home.

Ever since I do these small things for myself I have noticed that I am much happier by simply to just take care of yourself and to fulfill your needs.. It can simply be one small thing each day just to show to yourself that you are worth it and that you deserve something for yourself.. I realize that these things are different for everyone but just find yours and try to do at least one of them everyday just to make yourself feel better about yourself and to just show yourself that you are worth it.. simply because you are. I hope I can inspire you and I will see you soon with some new inspiration.
