Tips for a Happy Healthy Lifestyle..

I can’t believe that we are living in the year 2020, I have to say 2019 has to be my toughest year ever me and my sweet little family have been going through some tough times, so I thought that this would be the best moment for me to share loads of positivity on my blog. I feel that 2020 is going to be the best year ever or let’s just say the best decade ever and I believe that beautiful things are waiting for us in the New Year and I cannot wait, so for now, I wanted to share 5 things with you that will help you to feel happier in life and what makes you feel good about yourself:


1. Have a Rose bath

One of the most important things that I’ve learned in the last few years is to love yourself and to take care of yourself, one of the things that I love to do, to take care of myself is to have a bath, I am having one every evening I get myself some nice bath salts, a scented candle, I put some relaxing music on the background and I just enjoy the moment, there is nothing more relaxing than a nice bath, it always makes me feel so good and relaxed. Today I’ve made myself a roses bath. I had some beautiful leftover roses and I decided to put them in my bath and it just felt so good it was such a treat the bath smelled delicious and I felt so beautiful and so good between these beautiful roses.

2. Meditate

I just love to meditate I try to meditate every morning when I wake up, I love to put on some calming music and I just listen to my breath, or I say myself a mantra this usually works really well, I just try to calm my mind and to just relax. I always feel so good while I am meditating because I simply let all my thoughts just passing by and after my meditation, I always feel so recharged and refreshed, it also helps me to live more in the moment and to it helps me to relax throughout the day, that’s ahead of me. I always feel that when I am meditate I feel so much more grounded and calm.

3. Go walk into Nature

I just love to walk in nature, it’s one of my most favorite things to do, although I like to do it more often. I just love to walk in nature there is always something so calming and relaxing about walking, I just love to walk at the beach, me and my boyfriend try to go there every week and there is just something so calming and relaxing about the waves passing by, they always tell me that how hard life can be you will always make it back to the shore and that’s something that gives me hope and helps me to trust in life, to trust in God and knowing that everything happens for a reason and that nothing is what it seems, and that some things maybe look hard at first but they are a blessing in disguise knowing that everything is for the better. Walking in nature teaches me these things, that we are all on this earth to learn, to grow, to give and to love and when you look really good you can really see these things in everything and that always calms me because it shows me that no matter what happened in life it will all be okay, and everything will turn out for the better.

4. Exercise

I think that excising is so good for your body and that exercise is really healthy for you, Me and my boyfriend are on a real health kick at the moment he used to smoke and a couple of months ago he decided to quit smoking and I couldn’t be more proud of him, But because of his smoking he didn’t exercise for years, and now we try to exercise 3 times a week and it feels so good to have your body moving it’s so good for you and because of the endorphins it makes you feel really happy as well and I truly believe that if you exercise a couple times a week your body will be so grateful for that, and exercising makes you feel better as well, I also love to dance and I truly believe that when you exercise you should do something that you love because it helps you to makes exercising so much more fun.

5. Eating Healthy

When it comes to eating healthy I believe in balance, I just love to eat healthy, but I also love my chocolate, so I try to eat healthy during the day and in the evening I spoil myself with a delicious piece of chocolate. I think that it’s so important to treat yourself as well as long as you do it in moderation. I also try to have 2 ounces of green vegetables and 2 pieces of fruit every day, One thing that is always really important to be healthy is to drink 2 liters of water every day. I think that when it comes to eating healthy you should really listen to your body and also treat yourself now and then, as long as you exercise and drink enough water you are being healthy and I believe that that’s something that we all want.
