Hello everyone.. I am so excited to share this new video with you, One of the things that I find so important in life is to practice self-care. I think that if you take good care of yourself and if you're kind to yourself. You'll feel so much better and happier. I am sharing some tips that I love to practice daily to make myself feel better and happier. I've realized that ever since I practice these things daily I feel so much happier and more grounded and I hope that with these tips I can inspire you too, to be happier, healthier, and to be the best possible version of yourself.

I hope that this video can inspire you to practice self-care on a daily basis, I always believe that self-care has a lot to do with balance, you can eat healthy but you can also spoil yourself with a delicious treat, like a delicious cup of tea with a macaroon, or a delicious piece of chocolate or even a delicious biscuit with your tea. I also love to have a delicious cup of tea every day I just love to take out some time of the day and to just spoil myself with a delicious cup of tea with a delicious treat, I always call this some time for myself to just relax, surround myself with beautiful flowers and floral pillows wear my favorite dress and to just enjoy the moment. I think that especially in this hectic life it's so important to take some time for yourself. I also love to read in my favorite magazines and to just enjoy some time for myself. I always feel so happy and refreshed while spending some quality time for myself it really helps me to be more energized during the day.

I am also sharing 15 tips for practicing self-care at home, I believe that self-care is so important, especially in this day of age when we are so busy spending time on our phones, computers, etc. Sometimes it's just so important and so refreshing to just unplug and to just enjoy the moment. And take care of yourself, do some exercises that helps you to relax and to calm yourself down to calm your brain down and to just live in the moment.
