HOW TO MAKE THESE ADORABLE SUPER SIMPLE EASY TO MAKE CUPCAKES

I am so excited to share this post with you. Today I wanted to show you how I have created these adorable very easy to make cupcakes for Valentine’s Day. I just love to watch baking programs a few of my favorites are: The Great British Bake Off, Sugar Rush (on Netflix) and Zumbo Deserts (also on Netflix) and these shows always inspire me to make some beautiful deserts. But to be totally honest with you I am quite a lazy cook the only thing that I truly enjoy is to decorate them, and I do love to eat them. So I came up with this amazing super simple and easy recipe and I think that you can all follow it that’s how easy it is.

Cupcake Recipe:

for the cupcake (shop bought pack of cupcake mix).

step 1 set your oven (it says on the pack how many degrees).

step 2 place your cupcake cases into a cupcake tray, ready to fill.

step 3 now empty the cupcake mix into a mixing bowl and add the eggs (1 medium egg) and

milk (60 ml).

step 4 Whisk the mixture together until it’s combined and smooth. This should take about a minute with an electric whisk.

step 5 Next, Spoon the mixture into the cases, dividing it as equally as you can.

step 6 Place the tray in the center of your oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until your cakes are risen and springy.

step 7 When they’re ready take your cupcakes out of the oven and leave them to cool on a wire rack.

For the Buttercream

step 8 Mix (225 Gram) of butter with 4 cups of icing sugar and 2 tsp with milk, and add a tsp of vanilla essence.

step 9 Decorate your cupcake with the buttercream and add flowers, macaroons, sprinkles anything to make your cupcake look festive and cute.

step 10 Then just try not to eat them all at once!!

My secret is that I buy a pack from the supermarket and then decorate them as beautifully as I can, and I truly believe that if I can do this you can certainly as well.
